Problem With Online Ticket
You have reached this page as you believe there was an error with your online ticket you successfully purchased. Some possible reasons are you did not receive your confirmation with the order number and link to download the ticket, you entered an incorrect email when purchasing, or perhaps you lost the email or the actual ticket. Please take these steps first
- Check the email account you used to purchase the tickets, and look for an email from Greenport Rotary with your confirmation, which includes a link to download the tickets.
- Check the spam folder of the email account you used to purchase the tickets, and look for an email from Greenport Rotary to see if the confirmation email was sent there. If so, please make sure that Greenport Rotary is in your contact list so that it is not recognized as Spam.
